The vessels feature six meals daily (Breakfast, Morning Bouillon, Lunch, Afternoon tea, Dinner and Midnight Snack), in a non smoking dining room with evening meals up to nine courses on selected nights.
With a passenger to staff ratio of no more than 2.5 passengers for each staff member, these extra friendly English speaking staff allow for an extraordinary level of cuisine, care attention and service.
Excursions ashore are coordinated right from the ship, hosted by local English speaking guides in each place along the route.

MV Cezanne offers a choice of queen bedded cabins in addition to the usual twins, and MV Princesse de Provence sports upper deck staterooms with full length French Doors instead of windows.
Additionally, both ships feature a lounge, bar, gift shop, beauty salon, laundry, salon, safe deposit boxes as well as an infirmary with a qualified doctor on board.
The Sun deck has plenty of deck chairs and blankets, if needed.
