- Michel
- Marc
- Thierry
|
|
|
Bertrand has worked in some of the most luxurious hotels in Paris . He is responsible for the crew who will attend to your every need and ensure your comfort on board.
Claudette had been in the restaurant business for 10 years before we started this venture and used to work as a professional decorator before. She is responsible foreverything that looks nice or smells good on the boat!
Michel, with over 35 years of experience in the field of design and manufacturing, has designed and built Le Phenicien. Today, he is the one looking after the boat and is responsible for her maintenance.
Marc has worked mainly in the information technology and marketing fields. He is our privileged contact for all the marketing and commercial issues related to the cruises.
Thierry , the talented on-board French Chef, may not be a member of the Joly family, but he is definitely a member of the Phenicien family from the very first cruise. The passengers onboard Le Phenicien appreciate his culinary skills as much as they enjoy his joyful personality.
