Clair De Lune

Clair de Lune is of Dutch origin. The barge was originally designed for carrying cocoa. Passionate about boat construction, the owners decided to transform the barge into a floating hotel and propose luxury inland water cruises. 

Since 1998, Clair de Lune has welcomed guests on board in an exceptional luxury environment to part take in fascinating and authentic cruises on the Canal du Midi.

Clair de Lune has three spacious and comfortable double cabins, all with fine wood paneling. Each cabin has been given its own personality and charm offering you a relaxing and calm space for you to enjoy your stay with us. Each cabin is set up for double or twin share occupancy with a beautiful en-suit bathroom. Each cabin contains lovely large panoramic Windows so you can relax and watch the local Countryside and wildlife slip by in air conditioned comfort . Also each cabin has ample storage space so you can unpack and make yourselves at home.

She also has a large and spacious teak sundeck (11m x 5m) which is at your disposal for sitting and admiring the landscape, reclining on a sun lounger, enjoying the jacuzzi or partaking in a session of stretching.

Bicycles are also available if a country ride takes your fancy to get closer to nature
